Please note: Our small team is working hard to ship your ordered products as quickly as possible.

If you receive an email from our shipping provider stating "The shipment has been electronically announced", it means we have already created a shipping label. Your shipment has NOT YET been picked up at that point. Why? Perhaps you pre-ordered a product? Or we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders. Orders are processed in the order they were received. Depending on the order volume, it can take up to 7 or 9 days for the shipping provider to actually pick up your shipment. Please be patient.

Want to return something? No problem!

Please return the goods within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please ensure that the return is sent to the address below:

Important: Please ensure that the product is returned properly packaged. Please do not affix shipping labels to the original packaging. We only refund products that are in their original packaging, unopened, and in new condition.

For uncollected packages that are returned by the shipping provider, we charge shipping costs of €5.50 and deduct this from the amount to be refunded.
