Shipping costs

Deliveries within Germany (excluding islands): 

• 5.50 EUR as a tracked parcel. Shipped from Remscheid via our logistics partner Hermes.

Deliveries to duty-free EU countries: 

• 14.90 EUR to duty-free EU countries.
  

Delivery times

Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 5-9 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Deliveries to other EU countries may take longer.

Please refrain from inquiries by email regarding delivery time if the 9-day delivery period has not yet expired. 

Please note that no delivery takes place on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.

Please note that during peak season, such as Christmas or Easter, suppliers are heavily loaded. This may result in delays. We cannot guarantee that ordered goods will arrive in time before holidays.

Shipping carriers

We ship orders from Remscheid (Germany) via our logistics partner Hermes. In exceptional cases — e.g. for large parcels or special shipments — delivery may be carried out by another shipping provider. In any case, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Prices and delivery information

We deliver within Germany and to duty-free EU countries. Shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the cart system and on the order page.

No shipping costs apply for digital content.
