General terms and conditions
Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the LillyGo online shop at https://www.lillygo.de.
For the purposes of these terms, a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
The version of the terms in force at the time the order is placed shall apply.

Formation of contract
The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to submit an order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order takes place immediately after the order has been sent and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract.
We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within five days.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find more details in our withdrawal policy.
Only originally packaged, unused products are accepted as returns.
Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are charged in addition; they are clearly communicated to you again in the cart system and on the order page.
Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany and to Austria. The delivery time within Germany is generally 5-9 working days. Deliveries to Austria may take longer.
Payment
The following payment methods are available: PayPal, Shop Pay, credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung), Apple Pay, Google Pay. The respective payment service provider's terms and privacy notices apply.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of LillyGo until paid in full.
Warranty & liability
The statutory warranty for defects applies. We are liable without limitation for damages arising from injury to life, body or health resulting from intentional or negligent breach of duty by us. For other damages, we are liable only in the event of gross negligence or intent.
Online dispute resolution (ODR platform)
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
